Livestock farmers convert to plant-based agriculture
The Transfarmation Project helps farmers who raised pigs, chickens or other livestock convert their operations to plant-based agriculture, then opens the converted farms as demonstration hubs other producers can visit. The arc will run as more farmers, including in major animal-agriculture states, complete similar transitions and as the hub network grows.
