    The first computer bug is found

    Operators of the Harvard Mark II computer traced a glitch to an actual moth caught in one of its relays, taped it into the logbook, and noted the first actual case of a bug being found. The word bug for a machine fault was already old, but that moth made it stick. It is still what we call a flaw in code today.
