Nearly four years after applying, Israeli startup Aleph Farms won Singapore Food Agency approval for its Thin-Cut Steak, a hybrid of non-modified Black Angus cells layered into a soy-and-wheat protein matrix, becoming the sixth cultivated meat product cleared in Singapore and targeting a 2027 production line and restaurant launch.
